I also signed up for a 6 month fixed rate and was Informed after my six months if I didn't renew I would be put back under my other supplier. Well that was a lie.

My fixed rate went from .069 to .017 !!! an what's worse when I got my bill by the I figured out what was going on I had already gotten a second bill. I went from a 45$/month bill and owed 82$ for the first month post "trial" period and 101$ the second month. Customer service wouldn't do anything to fix it.

I will never return to North American Power and I have been very vocal to all my coworkers to never switch to them.

Emera Maine is consistent and has way better customer service.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.
